Important Notice

By availing any of our services, you automatically agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read them thoroughly before proceeding with any project.

General Terms & Conditions

The following terms apply to all services provided by RadheTech Digital Solutions

Payment Terms
50% advance payment is required before starting any project. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery and before final files are released.
Delivery Timelines
AI Videos are delivered within 48 hours. Other services follow defined timelines as per the specific service agreement. Timelines may vary based on project complexity.
AI Services Specific
AI-generated visuals may not be 100% accurate. Client coordination and feedback are required throughout the process to ensure satisfactory results.
Design Revisions
Branding & Design packages include 2 rounds of revisions only. Additional revisions will be chargeable at standard rates.
Google My Business
GMB approval/suspension is controlled by Google policies. We hold no responsibility if listing gets suspended due to policy violations by the client.
Content Responsibility
All content (text, images, videos, business details) must be provided by the client. Delays in content submission will affect delivery timelines.
Refund Policy
Advance payment is non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled mid-way, charges will apply for work completed up to that point.
Ownership Rights
All deliverables remain the property of RadheTech Digital Solutions until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client.
Agreement
By availing our services, the client automatically agrees to all these terms and conditions without exception.

Service-Specific Terms

AI Video Services: 50% advance, 48-hour delivery, 1 edit allowed per video

Facebook/Instagram Ads: Ad spend from client's account, management fees as per package

GMB Listing: Basic vs Premium packages with different support levels

Branding Services: 2 revisions included, content provided by client

Client Acknowledgement

By proceeding with any service booking or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These terms supersede any previous verbal or written agreements.

Modification of Terms

RadheTech Digital Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.
