Eligibility for Refund
- Graphic Designing & Video Editing:
- If the design or video does not meet the agreed-upon brief or quality standards, you may request revisions within 7 days of delivery.
- If we fail to meet the revised requirements after two attempts, you are eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the service fee.
- Social Media Management:
- If you are not satisfied with the initial setup or monthly strategy, you can request changes within the first 15 days.
- Refunds are not applicable for ongoing management services once the strategy has been approved and executed.
- Facebook Ads/Google Ads:
- If ad campaigns do not meet the agreed-upon performance metrics within the first 30 days, you may request a strategy review.
- Refunds are not applicable for ad spend but may be considered for the service fee based on performance issues.
- Website Designing and Development:
- If the website does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, you can request revisions within 14 days of delivery.
- If we fail to meet the revised requirements after two attempts, you are eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the service fee.
Process for Refund Request
- Submit a Request:

- Include any supporting documents or evidence of the issues you encountered.
- Review:
- Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information or clarification.
- We aim to resolve all requests within 10 business days.
- Resolution:
- If your request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Conditions
- Refund requests must be made within the specified time frames for each service.
- Refunds will not be issued for services that have been partially or fully completed and delivered as per the agreed-upon specifications.
- Radhetech Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund if the request does not meet our policy criteria.
